I wanted to add another car onto my insurance and called woolworths on 0860212105 and was assisted by a male (I regret not taking his details) and told him my story and as I was not going to be the driver of the vehicle that I purchased, I gave him the name and cell number of the driver, as there were details that I could not supply. He never called the driver untill today and I took out insurance with 1st for women. This is not the first instance with woolworths insurance - I was also taken for a ride with a claim for a windscreen replacement, when I only had a chip that was sealed and I was told that I had a windscreen repalced and that this is now affecting my no claim bonus. I put in a complaint and guess what?? nobody ever called me back. I am 60years old and thought I got a good deal at the time, but I will go back to 1st for women, because the service I get, is not good at all!!! I always thought that woolworths were the best - but hey, the consumer has no rights and they never get back to you
