My worst experience of my life with Woolworths insurance and their partner Jumbo Towing. on my way to school my car broke down then i decided to park on the side of the road (sherewood road). 6:45 i called my insurer (woolworths) and explained everything. the lady took all details and promissed the tow truch will be der, 45 minutes later i called again they said after 30 minute finaly it came. A very old, rusty truck. it could not stand on its own a wood log had to be used to prevent it from rolling back to my car. after loading my car and explaining for the 3rd time where my car need to be dropped to the driver, as i was very late for my lecture i was hoping the tow truck driver will give me a lift to where i was going or wher i can get a taxi he told me they dont deliver customers and he told me to get of his truck & left me on the side of the road with my lap top and books. i called woolworths and did not get any help. i had to walk for almost 5 km to skul.why woolworths insurance are using such a tow trucks, always late, old and ugly, unfriendly driver, dirty trucks and drive that was realy unproffetional. currently looking for another insure.
