I took out a tom tom with my insurance policy in OCt 2012, the device worked until end jan. I called Dial direct and rectron many times, they took down my details and every time said that they would give me a new device as it was a factory fault, its now November and no1 has called or replaced the tom tom. This is extremely annoying paying for something that doesnt work.
