My aunt an assupol funeral policy and she passed away when we went to claim they took all the documents and promised to get back to us and they said everything is in order. then we followed up the whole week which they would say they will contact us, i called them day before the funeral and they still didn't't have outcome after shouting they called and say the claim was repudiated and if we want to challenge the decision we can which when i called them no one can pick up my aunts details no one is willing to help they will make you hold then the next thing you speaking to someone else you have to start from scratch and non of those people pick up any info on the system, they just ask which group scheme if you don't know then they cant help but when my aunt was paying they had her details. the claim was declined because of non payment for 3 months were else my aunt was paying in advance which we have proof of that. The repudiation letter had her details and all but they don't pick up anything with that.
