REQUEST TO CANCELL THE CREDIT CARD ACCUNT

SINCE THE BEGINNING OF THIS YEAR I HAVE SPOKEN TO DIFFERENT PEOPLE REQUESTING FOR THE CREDIT CARD THAT WAS OFFERED TO ME LATE LAST YEAR TO BE CLOSED BECAUSE I HAD CHANGED MY MIND. I DID NOT RECEIVE THE CREDIT NEVER COLLECTED IT AND I KINDLY ASKED FOR THE ACCOUNT TO BE CLOSED THE TWO PEOPLE THAT I SPOKE TO OVER THE PHONE ON DIFFERENT OCCASION AGREED THAT IT WAS GOING TO BE DONE. TO MY SURPRISE THIS WAS NOT DONE AND I HAVE BEEN ACCUMULATING BANK CHARGES SINCE. I DID HOWEVER PAY FOR THE ADMINISTRATION CHARGES FOR OPENING THE ACCOUNT BECAUSE I HAD AGREED TO THE OFFER OF THE CREDIT CARD SOON AFTER THAT I REQUESTED FOR THE CLOSURE. I PHONED IN AND SPOKE TO A GENTLEMAN I FORGOT HIS NAME ON THE 18TH OF NOVEMBER 2013 I WAS TOLD SOMEBODY WILL CALL ME TO RESOLVE THE MATTER SINCE THEN IT IS 7 DAYS LATER NOBODY HAS CONTACTED ME. I AM NOT SURE IF THIS IS ANOTHER TACTIC TO ACCUMULATE BANK CHARGES AND MAKE MONEY OUT OF POOR PEOPLE LIKE ME
