On Friday the 5th July I sent our office cleaner to purchase 2x of the Omo promotions that Pick 'n Pay was running. It was supposed to be a 2kg packet of Omo MultiActive washing powder and a 800ml Comfort fabric conditioner free for R45. They gave our cleaner 2x 400ml fabric conditioner instead of 800ml as advertised and just told her that there is no more stock. My question is should i have not in that case received 4x 400ml to make up for it? And should the store not ensure that the quantity of fabric conditioner matches up to the amount of washing powder??? I would like to receive my 800ml that i did not get initially as that is what I paid for!
