I had my Nissan NP200 1.5Dci in for specific repairs at Imerial Nissan Menlyn. One of the issues was the air conditioner which was not cooling as it should. I was told that when collecting the vehicle that a filter was cleaned or replaced and the air conditioner was compared to other vehicles and was indeed functioniong correct. This was on 29 January 2014. Yesterday on 03 February exactly 5 days later the air conditioner is working as a normal fan at ambiant temperature and again not cooling.

NOW I have the extreme Inconvenience to get the vehicle back there and as I work in Sandton this is very frustrating and inconvenient.
And I sit without any transport until the second attempt will be complete.

I think this is shocking and bad service

Please attend and rectify with URGENCY
