I recently signed up for their share trading software and after deciding to cancel the service within the 5 day cooling off period I received a full refund. I returned the software pack unopened to their offices and signed the cancellation form. The payment was refunded 3 days later into my credit card account. No complaints. The cancellation procedure was followed exactly as was explained to me by the salesman.
