I decided to hand back the what seemed to be a bogus trading software package (apparently worth R21000) within the cooling period of 5 days. Cursu withheld R14000 of the money on my credit card. I asked that they refund it since what was incorrectly explained to me by their representative.
I contacted Cursu to inform them that I have recorded the meeting I had with their representative and will use it in my meeting with one of the well known news papers in Pretoria. I also planned to have an interview with Carte Blanche to further exploit them.
They refunded my R14000 in full!
