How can we help you!!! that is false marketing

I have recently settled accounts with FNB and I have not had any joy with receiving paid up letters and removal of listings. I get push from pillar to post. this is unacceptable service to someone who try re build their life after going through divorce. even the bank themselves do not speak the same language as one division saying that it must be removed and the other saying it CANT!
