MY LIFE IS STAND STILL i need my PHONE

I got robbed ON THE 11th of NOVEMBER on campus where I work in pretoria arround 10:45 am, they took my Galaxy S3 peble blue in colour I got to the office in a hurry to call my insurance to claim and blacklist it. only to be told I cannot claim and that my policy has elapsed I ask them how so they told me they have not recieved my premiums, I then told them I was not aware hence I changed banks and the bank that I joined CAPITEC From Absa requested a bank statement to load all my debit orders why theirs was not there I have no idea. later during the week I called to check whether I needed to pay any excess or the behind premiums they told me they cant help me? what happens if I had died that day I got robbed and my family was experiencing this? I WAN'T MY PHONE my life is completely complicated and my i have no income now because of this. My daily work evolves arround that phone contacts and back up information. I work flexible hours and out of the office 88% therefore I'm on that phone 24/7 I do training and consultation I am very upset that no one could help me!!!
