I have been trying for months to get my promised card from Standard Bank. I have sent numerous emails and made many calls to them. When you get any reply or response, which does not happen easy, it is only empty promises and absolute no delivery to what was promised!! They are quick to take and collect the monthly fee, but just don't ask for anything in return.
