I received very bad response from Regent concerning a claim for hail damage occurred. They rejected my claim after the assessor approved it due to a lack of maintenance on my Harvey tile roof, after we had a massive hailstorm where water entered the house through the roof as a result of hail blocking the gutters. I complaint with the ombudsman, but i think they are also on Regent's payroll. What i do not understand is that they insure you without inspecting your house, but with claim time there is always a technical problem.
