After being unemployed I ventured into a business venture and months later needed a bank to help me offering my client a much needed service being POS services... took me less than an hour to open an account, feeling great about the service and ready to start working towards a better future... when I were told the very thing I needed for opening the account when I told banker my credit were not so great whilst being unemployed but working on it with the small business I was promised it will not be an issue... Dissappointed for not receiving the core product I wanted after assurance I asked and left numerous phonecalls with none returned... and with a contract coming through I had to proceed with the account as no one returned my calls until my contract were done and I wanted my account closed... NIGHTMARE after NIGHTMARE... Emails started 6 September and weekly... NO Response from RC, until BizDirect asked Lee Ann to reply... which also took days... endless mails, to date no [URL Removed] Lodged with STD Complaints Line who apollogised for poor service their side... all bull... No ONE resolved the issue... As a small business, you know what our report will be to EVERYONE & FaceBook
