USELESS SERVICE & ACCOUNT HANDELING!!!

On the 19/11, I asked for a quotation settlement for the 22/11. I received no response, so again I asked for the settlement on the 22/11 and to till today I have not received a response. This morning my full instalment for each month went off and I owe much less than that. How can they take a full instalment off if I dont even owe that much anymore???

I am extremely dissapointed firstly that they did not bother to get back to me and secondly that they seem to have no idea whats going on, on my account!!!

I phoned to inform them and now I must wait till Wednesday when my instalment reflects before they can do something.
