Cannot get settlement qoutation

In August 2011 I was involved with in a car accident with a Santam client, at the time I was not insured and agreed to pay damages. At the time I could not afford the amount and agreed to pay a monthly instalment. Every month a debit order gets deducted from my account but as of yet I have not received a single statement.

Recently I saved up enough money to settle the amount owed. I have attempted to get a settlement quotation since last thursday. I received a response from a Shaz Marshal that asked that I forward the details of my request to [Email Removed], but the email address doesn't exists and all my mails are returned to sender. This morning I replied and notified that the address does not exist but still haven't received a response.

I contacted the original person I delt with this morning, but I have not received a response.

It should not be this difficult to find out how much you owe a creditor, and settle your outstanding debt.
