I have a loan with capitec and i told them to debit money on the 25th of every month when i get paid, i had problem with them deducting money before my pay day, luckly i had money in my account, i wrote a email to the complaint centre telling them they say they will rectify the mistake now yersterday 20th .03.2013 they have debited its not even the 23 or the 25th, so they must stop debiting my account before pay day
