Registration Problem

I used the online application option on the hope that it will save me time and that I won't have to queue. It was in January 2013 when I applied and within 7 days I faxed my academic record to the number provided on the system. Days later I phoned the department enquiring about the progress of my application, an official told me that my application is with the council for approval, I should wait for Unisa to contact me either through sms or email before I could pay for the tuition fee. Afterwards the telephone rings without answer and Unisa hasn't responded to my application. I think the online application thing isn't working and if I had known I would have gone to the institution and queue up for application making. Maybe Unisa should attend to the online service or close it. And must check why the honours department isn't reachable on the phone.
