I recently lodged a claim for my pet's vacination, but did not have the detailed invoice. Petsure acknowledged receipt despite not having all documents and stated the refund will be done on receipt of the detailed invoice. As soon as I sent in the detailed invoice, this was acknowledged and processed immediately. Wendy gave me a date on which the deposit will be reflected in my account.
The deposit was reflected on the stated date. I did not have to follow up with them on the refund!
Thank you Petsure - it is very rare to have insurance companies pay out exactly when they say they will. I'm very impressed.
