Since november 2012 I have been waiting for an invoice that proved it cost afhco R4800 to paint the bachelor flat i rented for R2050pm, there have been promise of the invoice till today, then the regional manager sends an email promising to refund me, that was on the 3rd July 2013 R1975 from my deposit, till today I'm still waiting for that, then they said they were escalating and haned the account to the collections dept who listed me on itc, then when i tell debt tec that koos promised to refund me meaning i dont owe them anymore as they failed to produce the invoice and promised me a refund, then debt tec requested a mandate letter from him as hes now promised to pay me my deposit back and he refuses. What is really going on with afhco? what kind of a business are you running? I'm going to sue you for promising me my refund and then listing me on itc illegally!!
