Terrible Pre-sales responses

I have been trying to find out about joining Essential Med for 11 days already. I have to follow up on nearly all my requests for information. Replies generally take 24 to 48 hours. My questions are not being answered. My call backs are not happening.

How hard must one try to become a customer? Beg? Plead? And what does this mean for future service from them?

Any chance of speaking to someone (other than Elize???) or should I just give this up and find another supplier?
