3 weeks and still no response from FNB re complai

I have a real issue in principle for being charged R1000 for my wife and myself at the slow lounge at OR Tambo (spent half an hour in the lounge), ESPECIALLY as I feel that these fees (and conditions) were not disclosed to me. Despite logging a complaint - reference 368200, (and being told that I would be contacted in this regard), I have heard nothing for almost 3 weeks now. Poor, poor form FNB Premier Banking.
