Debits my account as they please

Last year for whatever reasons FNB debited my account for the personal loan I have with them on some date that I have never agreed on. they apologised, returned my money (which cost me my trip to KZN as I then no longer had enough money to continue). I was fumed as this happened with no notification or whatsoever.

Now after that, with an influx of transactions going in and out of my account it has taken me quite some time to noticed that actually they have for the whole year brainstormed another debit date outside the one agreed upon with them and it comes to hit me now that I really need the money. When I checked I realised that the reason I do not have money is because they have debited me again today (I have never given any institution authority to debit me on the 22nd of any month).

They seem to have noticed the trends at which some of my income (which I already have other plans for) had been entering my account and used that as their debit day... WITHOUT ANY NOTICE OR WHATSOEVER.

This used to be a good bank but what I noticed is that with more support we are giving them as consumers they seem to grow more arrogance towards the same consumer who uplifts them.
