POOR SERVICE

WE PUT IN A CLAIM LAST FRIDAY, WE FAXED THROUGH ALL THE NESSESARY DOCUMENTS. MY HUSBAND SEND THEM 2 EMAILS, NOTHING, YESTERDAY HE PHONED THEM THE LADY HE SPOKED TO SAID TO HIM, THEY HAVN'T DONE ANYTHING YET. SHE SAID SHE WILL PHONE HIM BACK YESTERDAY WITH AN ANSWER. STILL WE DON'T KNOW ANYTHING, SHE DIDN'T PHONE BACK. MY CAR KEYS WHERE SO THEY HAVE TO REPLACE ALL THE KEYS AND STUFF, I'M WITHOUT MY VEHICLE A WHOLE WEEK NOW, HAVE TO LOOK OTHER PEOPLE IN THE EYE TO TAKE ME TO WORK AND TOWN. IT'S COSTING ME MORE NOW. MY HUSBAND HAS TO WALK TO WORK AND WE ARE STAYING ABOUT 5 KM FROM HIS WORK. HOW LONG DOES WE STILL HAVE TO GO ON THIS WAY?? WE ARE PAYING THEM EVERY MONTH AND THIS IS THE SERVICE WE GET! I'M REALLY NOT HAPPY WITH THEM... I WANT A RESPONSE AND SERVICE TODAY!!
