Clientele legal continues to double debit my account despite numerous efforts to ensure that they don't. Since 08h00 I have contacted the call centre and the automated 'Desmond Dube' kindly informs me that the offices are closed. This is a ridiculously simple request - that they do not double debit my account yet it still continues to happen. Since Clientele Legal does not open on a Friday apparently please contact me ASAP and return the double debit value or cancel this service. I am sure I can find another service provider who wont from my account after they have collected their premium the first time.
