It saddens me deeply to see the state of South African service delivery even from private companies such as yours. Since the 10th of October when the consent to rescind the judgement was given to GLA, I even pleaded with Carol and Heinie to please take over from Jeandre as I continued to hit a dead end with her attempting to get any progress. If you look at the attached emails, I have tried to contact Michael Trapido & associates to no avail. Both their numbers do not work and I do not even know their address, otherwise I could have gone to them myself to get all the documents and see the judge myself - because it really has come to that. I am really desperate here as I did everything right, I paid off the debt, paid R2500 extra to clear it in May of this year and still in November there has been no traction on this matter. What pains me is that I informed Jeandre that I lost my job at Absa in July, the longer the delay on this rescission the adverse my chances of securing employment without the judgement being removed from ITC. I have now depleted my pension fund as I struggle to get employment and will lose everything I worked so hard for in my life by this December & what for?
