Lodged complaint on 7 Nov 13h30 (Ref No 369876 refers) to which we received an email requesting copy of cheque. We have email a total of three copies of cheque no 2720 and still our claim has not been finalised.
Is it possible that someone from FNB could explain what the delay is???
In the meantime we have handed over our file to The Banking Ombudsman for his assistance.
