I want my money back

On the 25/07/2013 i did send an e-mail to [Email Removed] requesting them to cancel all my policies with them, on 29/07/2013 i received an e-mail from 'Stream Central' Jean Malebane asking for my surname and policy number to cancel, i did forward the person my details till today i never heard anything from chartis. on 20th august i notice that i have been debited, i called the call Centre and spoke to some guy called Thami who advised me he will take my query to complains, i took it upon myself to e-mail complains department on 21/08/2013 to e-mail address [Email Removed] and [Email Removed] still no respond from chartis. i want chartis to refund me my money that they debited in august and cancel my policy as i did request in July 2013
