Exceptionally Poor Service

I recently applied for a bond with FNB and Nedbank. After 2 weeks FNB still has not given me an offer on my application and Nedbank provided me with an offer 5 days after submission, and I don't even have a bank account with Nedbank. I then complained to the so called premier banking facility I have access to at FNB and was told they would get back to me within 48 hours.

As you can think due to FNB clearly not meeting their own service agreements and the lack of response to my application I have decided to log a complaint on hallo peter as this is unfortunately probably the only way they will respond to me.
