Deducting fees illegally as result of self

Today I logged into internet banking and noticed FEE- POS DECLINED INSUFF FUNDS 16H40 ZA_WC_SR_SeaPoint SB ## 16 Nov 2013 charged R 5.00 -> why was I charged R 5 when the fault with your automatic sms reports telling me that I had sufficient funds at the time of the purchase?

Is this how you make your money?

Seems rather dodgy...
