On the 17/05/2011 I open an investment advantage account at the absa satelites branch in itsoseng in the north west. On the 01/11/2011 my money was withdrawn from my accounts. After i went to the branch to enquire, the branch manager (veronica masibi) told me to get lawyers. In 15/01/2013 went to lichtenburg branch with the letter of complains to the branch manager (abby motlogelwa). He refused to take a letter until I posted it to him and he acknowledge that he received the letter on the 04/03/2013.Till today I haven't any response. Also the credit card, money has been drawn
