You seemed to be a good insurance option for me. When you ask questions over the phone you ask questions very fast. I can't remember being asked if I had a judgement on my name. even if I said NO I don't have a judgement, and understanding that it is within your policy that YOU DO NOT INSURE SOMEONE WITH A JUDGEMENT it was your duty to check my ITC as I gave you that permission and I qualified that stage to have a policy with you. At a claim stage you not going to be telling me about something you should have taken full responsibility of checking and qualifying me.

I need a cell phone claim not premiums back. My phone would have been insured by someone else but chose you instead. Imagine if I had crushed my car. Then what was going to happen. Premiums back?

Am taking this up with the ombudsman. It is not fare at all
