Pathetic service from MIWAY

My car has been in accident on the 11th of November, today is the 20th. Their service really appalls me!!!
A lady by the name of Precious Nhlapo who is supposedly dealing with my claim promises to call everyday and never does, I don't think she even understands customer service because I have been dealing with Miway
for a number of years and this is the first time I have come across such pathetic service!!!

I am so tired of all her empty promises, while I still drive a car that is smashed and GUESS WHAT, I am insured!!!
It seems like I am just another number to them? I am very unhappy and dissatisfied at how I am being treated. I have asked for a manager to call me, to which the response was, this is how much we are paying you, sign and send back!!!
I am receiving calls from the other party everyday concerning his car, and Precious has told me she was going to address it, but again, I don't know what she does there, because clearly this is not her job description, BECAUSE she doesnt do it.

8 DAYS LATER AND STILL WAITING TO BE SORTED OUT!!!
