So our geyser burst last night... Claim NED 131-554-33 It is now 11:29 and after 1 solid hour of being transferred, cut off and shoved from pillar to post, we still do not know when you will be fixing the problem!!!

Your call centre is useless and your customer service is disgusting and no wonder so many people are switching to FNB... The problem with Nedbank is you cannot even really complain about the service because there is no service!
