First National Bank
Proof of Payment

On the 7th November 2013 I called FNB 0860 100 762 to settle my account with Real People of which they did on the 8th November 2013. The consultant i spoke to is Phadi Chabane and i did email her all the settlement letters from real People. I asked Phadi Chabane to send me proof of payment so that i can have a copy but i haven't receive it till today. Please advice why does it take so long to send me proof of Payment?
