I contacted Outsurance to review my policy documents and amend items currently on cover.
i was in contact with Kgomotso Moloto initially. Her friendly attitude and willingness to understand and tend to my query made our call very enlightening. I usually dread making these phone calls because it has to be made during office hours when im at work and it usually takes forever to get through to a consultant, moreover 9 out of 10 times they need to put you through to the "right" person. Kgomotso immediately assisted with what she could. I then requested her to see if she could help me to better my current premiums, she informed me that she would need to put me to a senior consultant, which in turn put me in contact with Samual Shunmugam. long story short, we amended and updated my policy and my new premiums was deducted by almost R300 AND over and above my vehicle insurance access being R 3050 currently, was dropped to R 1075.00! how awesome!
In the past 18 months I have claimed 5 times from Outsurance, including two household burglaries. Not once did I experience any problems relating to my claims and more importantly all claims were paid our fully!
I will NEVER change my "Outsurer"
