George Molekwa saved Outsurance reputation today. In February this year I claimed for the first time in the more than a decade that I'm insured. I was not to happy with the feedback from assessors, service providers (Vlam Panelbeaters; Autotech in Newcastle) and the claims dept at Outsurance. I always had to phone and ask for feedback. On the rerate my premium went up quite a bit.
I phoned Outsurance to cancel a credit cover policy and Shaid transferred me to a manager, George Molekwa. I told George of my intension to get quotes from other insurance companies, because I found my current premiums to steep. In a most competent, friendly and professional way he assisted me in reviewing my policy schedule. He was able to bring down my premiums considerably without compromising my cover. I also told him that I was not happy with the drama surrounding the claim. He promised to sort it out. Thanks George. Keep up the good work!
