My insurance sent an email to claims@mfc to request original registration papers and settlement letter so pay their portion but am stucked here mfc dnt even respond, i thought my insurance ddnt sent an email but they forwarded me that email it was truly sent, i called mfc they refered me to Lebogang, She promised to come back to me, but honestly i dont see anything happening.
Please respond to my quiry because i need to move on with my life i cnt be stucked forever in one place, i still need another car soon, i looked around and am ok mfc please.
