I submitted a claim online with cmc vehicle accident cente underwritten by regent insurance as the company to submit claims for dents, scratches and chips on paint. A week passed with no response. I then called up Hyundai where I took policy out on new car for paint protection. The monday I received a call after the weekend I spoke to Hyundai. The man on phone said I will receive an email I must take to place refered for a quote and send it back. Till now I have not received an email. Dont tell a customer you are sending an email and then you dont!! I called Hyundai again who forwarded my request to their repesentitive and still no response. Please sort this out It seems I am paying for a useless policy with incompetent people.
