I signed up with Lucid with the promise that they would increase my score "score fix" when I pay them R1500, I did so with that expectation only to find out that it's financial advise they'd be giving me for that amount giving me suggestions of what i should do to increase my score, things I already know and shoudn't have to pay money to be told how I would increase it suggesting ways of conduct, which they haven't done. I paided
an additional R1500 for them to contact Standard and negotiate that i'd pay them a reduced settlement to further impact my scoring, which on could be a 50% reduction and the most they've done is 70% from the initial amount, they came up with a 25% deal and advised me to pay 7days before payday or else interest with be incurred frankly I could've contacted Standard bank myself and worked out a deal realistic deal
since the payment I have never received a call from them and whenever I call they pass the buck and refer me to someone else I have no idea what is going on except they have received my money and done nothing to help me, I explained the urgency and desperation of the matter and they have casually disregarded my concerns and done nothing to assist
