We have a virgin money credit card, we conduct this account very well and never late with payment and no skipped payments. We have been waiting a much needed increase for 6 months as per there company policy only to be told that the score is 20 points to little for an increase. We have access to our ITC and there is only one amount for fnb of R400 odd that was there when the card was approved. We feel offended as we pride ourselves in conducting our accounts in a posyive manner, should we rather accept FNB offer?
