It has been a month since my complaint and still nothing has been resolved. Standard Bank wants my mom to drive 2:30 hours to the Westgate branch because they lost my Power of Attorney papers. I got told today that it will take 7 days before they can fix my internet banking and this has been already been going on for a month now. I haven't been able to use my internet banking since Friday. There is no urgency whatsoever to resolve any of my problems. I even had to apply for a application for assistance from the the Ombudsman to see if that might work. All I get is apologies but nothing gets resolved.
