UM bespite asking for NO marketing

Dear Dial Direct

As a South African company you are not absolved from the CPA. In the past I have escalated a similar issue to one of your supervisors where I made it clear I wish to receive NO UNSOLICITED MARKETING which was accepted. This was after previous attempts at driving this simple message home. No means no.

Since you did not take your promise seriously, let's do it this time in a public forum.

Today I was in a meeting with a CEO of a major corporate when one of your marketeers once again phoned. Not good at all! Agreed? As to why I can't switch off my phone has nothing to do with you, but for certain reasons I can't. It should not be an issue if you adhered to the CPA. In a nutshell, your calls are an invasion of my privacy.

I've been a good client to you. I've even referred additional clients to you, in fact you still owe me for that. It would be ironical if I had to leave you (and more) due to you trying to market to me. Hint: study the CPA. I have no desire to continue doing business with a company that has no respect for my wishes and privacy.
