My car had a funny sound so I immediately called a RMI dealer to book it in, on my way the it got worse so I decided to call a tower truck. After booking the car in with car service city i called innovation group call centre to confirm if I was covered (18-11-13 14:48), the call centre agent sounded confused about my benefits he first said i am not covered after I questioned him he then said I'm covered for up to R5000. From there I told the dealer to submit the claim up to now we don't have any feedback, and when I called them today (19-11-13 16:29) the agent couldn't assist me as both supervisors (Chaz and Tiam) had knocked off. It's going to be my second day without a car and it's really not fair to me as a paying customer.
Early this year I had a car breakdown a call centre agent told me i was not covered, I'm now wondering if it was true. And also wondering if this is service worth keeping as I'm never covered by it.
