Wake Up FNB you are turning into the new home affairs, I called yesterday to report an incident where I received an email stating that I had logged onto internet banking, when I had not.
I was transferred three times, which each department telling me, it was not their area of expertise. SO.. Pray do tell me, WHY DO YOU HAVE A F-R-A-U-D department, if they are not there to deal with USE of usernames/passwords... DISGUSTED... looking for new bank to change to!!
