Amirah assisted me with getting a car hire whilst my vehicle was being repaired after I refused to have my car fixed at Dial Direct's panel beaters. Others said no because I choose the repairer. Then after returning the car hire to Budget Car Hire with the vehicle refuelled and the petrol slip to prove it, Budget deducted funds from my credit card for refuelling and refused the refund. Amirah took my complaint checked the petrol slip against the number of kilometres used as well as the refuelling amount from Budget, together with the kilometres travelled and concluded that I should get a refund. Dial Direct agreed to pay the refund and sort it out with Budget. Thank you Amirah for going the extra mile!
