NOT HAPPY AT ALL WITH STANDRAD 2ND COMPLAINT

Have top-up cover with Standard Bank car was written off then i was told im supposed to get money from the cover the SIL department just has to work how much i was intitled to this was 3 weeks ago, its
the 4th week and SIL departmnet is still calculting, ive claimed from insurance companies it never took a month to get feedback or to get paid out, i constantly have to email for feedback because the phones are always busy or they ring unanswered the whole day and still get the same response from the consaltant we still waiting for the calculations from the SIL department. THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE EVER AND VERY FRAUSTARATING BECAUSE IT TAKES TIME FOR ME TO CONSTANTLY PHONE ONLY TO BE TOLD THE SAME RESPONSE THIS IS REALLY PATHETIC NOT SIMPLER, BETTER, FASTER MORE LIKE DIFFICULT, IMPOSSIBLE, SLOWER
