I'm a very angry Standard bank customer, I've always been banking with them for 7 years. I applied for a credit card last year and was told that the card has been blocked because i never paid. I don't know what is it that i never paid because i even sent a dispute forms to them because i was debited unfairly. Then Standard bank decides to list me as a slow payer. Was never given any notice anything telephonic ally or in writing. Standard bank you are so pathetic. I'm even thinking of changing and move to another bank I'm sure i'll receive better service. I need someone to contact me and explain all this to me and rectify it. What a disgrace.
