I got threatening smses from Nedbank lawyers, saying I owe R278 for a personal loan I took in 2010. I called the call centre because I am 100% sure that I did not take a loan with Nedbank in 2010. So it turns out that that this loan is linked to 2 people myself and some other person. To sort this out I have to do an affidavit signed 10 times... I mean really they cannot trace who has been paying for this since 2010? Now I have to be inconvenienced for Nedbanks blunder. The consultant who I spoke to on the phone Sthembile was very helpful but the process of resolving this is tedious and unnecessary. So not impressed...
