I enquired via email if I can get a extension on my Homeloan, without any instruction about disabling my flexi home loan access where I put in all my savings. I then enquired via email, with no response. Then I enquired via telephone and they insured me its enabled again, and after a week I went into the Jacaranda Absa branch and filled out a form to enable it again, with no response or activation so far.
Can someone at ABSA please assist me.
